Size: 21 acre (13 Acre land mass, 8 Acre waterbody)

Scope: Master Planning, Architecture, Landscape Design.

Status: Under approval & construction 

The first phase entailed restoration of the lake through dredging and desilting to aid existing marine ecosystem. Enhancing surrounding area around the lake includes constructing jogging track, lakeside walkways, play parks for children, recreational boating amenities, an outdoor community theatre and green public spaces 

A quick selfie stop on the floating island during a round-trip lake excursion is an added feature

The next phase will have a Shopping Mall, Food Court, Cultural Centre and state of the art Clubhouse 

The Lake front Development is a unique social infrastructure project spearheaded by the local Municipality and Developer aimed at drawing investments & visitors from diverse backgrounds. This initiative focuses on revitalizing  existing infrastructure and amenities to largely benefit the local community and neighbourhoods for quality of life, while aiming to generate sufficient revenue for the developer to establish a sustainable development.

Movement through the site will be revitalized in the first phase by including a lakefront promenade and jogging path encircling the 8 acre Lake which will run through Kiosks, Boat Jetty, Children play areas, green Public spaces & interestingly over the arched bridge at the crossover junction of main entrance to open air theatre.
