We envisioned a building that seamlessly merges modern sophistication with functional design, as demonstrated in both the elevation and floor plans. The symmetrical façade is accentuated by a prominent central vertical element, lending a sense of harmony and architectural distinction. Generous balconies extend outward, creating a fluid transition between interior and exterior spaces while enhancing natural light penetration and ventilation. The interplay of clean lines, expansive windows, and refined wooden accents exudes a contemporary yet refined elegance.
